Layers

Alerts

  • Ukraine — connected: air-raid alerts by oblast, from Ubilling’s open relay of Alerts.in.ua
  • Israel — connected: alerts by area, from the public Telegram channel “Pikud HaOref” that posts the Home Front Command’s alerts; the Command’s own website is closed to servers outside Israel
  • Russia — no public nationwide alert system or feed exists

Alerts are the “Air alert” layer. An alert that has ended stays on the map with the time it ended. An alert covers an oblast or an area, never a point, so it is placed at that oblast’s or area’s centre and marked approximate.

Earthquakes

Gold rings mark countries with a UPA national representative post — filled where the post is taken. The lines between them are a drawing of the network, not data.

Point at a country to see its name; open it for its government, its emergency number and the association’s representatives there.

The orbital ring is a visualisation, not satellite data.

Where this comes from

Every event on this map was published by a named source — an official body, or for alerts the channel named under Alerts — and is shown with that source and the time it was retrieved. The association adds nothing to it.

No openly accessible source is available for this layer yet.

The association counts visits with its own tables — no advertising, no third party, and nothing that follows you off this site. It is off unless you say otherwise, and you can change your mind at any time.
