What it covers

  • Wanted and criminal notices published by national forces and international bodies.
  • Aliases, transliterations and former names, because one person reaches Latin script several ways.
  • The date each record was retrieved, so a finding can be re-checked rather than believed.
  • Which sources answered and which did not, recorded against every search.

Whose records these are

Each of these bodies publishes its own records. The association reads what they publish; none of them is a partner and none has endorsed this service.

What this will not do

  • Nothing behind a login, a paywall or an access control. If reaching it means defeating something, it is not searched.
  • No leaked or breached data, and nothing bought from a broker who will not say where it came from.
  • A record found is a record in that register. It is not a finding about the person, and it is never a conviction.
  • An empty result is not evidence that no record exists — only that the sources listed did not answer with one.

A person named in a wanted notice is a person a police force is looking for. That is all the record says, and it is not a finding of guilt.
