Hebrew is served right to left, with the layout following the language rather than assuming a direction. A language is only offered once it translates everything — a page that appears half in one language and half in another tells the reader nothing about which half is missing.
The statements that accompany a search result were translated with particular care. A disclaimer that loses the words "does not confirm identity" is not a shorter disclaimer; it is a different claim.
